This system consists of three parts: 1. Feeding system: the rivet feeding is completed through the forward and reverse rotation of the motor.
When the rivet is empty, the stamping part stops working, and the material is loaded until it is full, and the stamping work is manually started; when the rivet is not full, the feeding system automatically loads the material until it is full;
2. Rivet stamping: The entire process of aluminum ball riveting rivets is completed by hydraulically pressing and retreating the rivets and rotating one station of the turntable.
After the rivet stamping reaches the predetermined value, the stamping device moves back to the initial position, and the turntable rotates one station to complete the riveting process on an aluminum ball (called a single-cycle action).
3. Aluminum ball feeding: the aluminum ball feeding is completed by the aluminum ball motor.
When the sensor detects that the aluminum ball is out of material, it will automatically start the aluminum ball motor to load the material until it is full. When the aluminum balls are not filled for a long time, there will be no aluminum ball fault light alarm. Please check whether there is a lack of aluminum balls in the aluminum ball hopper, and turn the knob to the manual position to cancel the alarm.
