Shear Connector Studs are designed to tie the concrete slab to the steel beams and to resist shear loading between the concrete slab and steel beam in composite construction.
IKING shear connector studs are made of a material suitable to be welded by arc melting.The dimensions and design of the connector are in accordance with the BS - EN ISO13918:2008. Widely used on the bridge, steel deck, steel construction etc.

1.We choose the quality mild carbon steel(SWRCH18A) from Xingtai Steel Factory.
2.We do phosphorization pretreatment for the raw material using drawing machine.
3.We purchase the multi-station cold forging machine from the biggest factory in Zhejiang Province to ensure the better mechanical property of shear connector to match the standard(BS EN ISO13918:2008, AWS D1.1, etc.), or as per customer's special requirement.
4.We use the automatic riveting machine to install aluminum ball on the end.
5.After rust prevention, IKING's shear connector can suitable for long time ship on the sea.
