Insulation Manufacturer Rock Mineral Wool Board
ISOKING™ Rock Wool Board is made from basalt, an inorganic raw material. It is produced through heating basalt at 1350˚C - 1400˚C and transforming it into fibers, which are bonded together using a thermosetting resin. It is light and easy to install, mainly used for thermal and acoustic insulation where high compressive strength is required such as over-deck, floors, sandwich panels, and dry wall partitions.

Preliminary inspection:
At the beginning of each production batch, we conduct preliminary inspections on the raw materials to ensure that all materials meet ISOKING standards.
Production monitoring:
During the production process, our quality control team will continuously monitor the production line to ensure stable process parameters and avoid any abnormal situations that may affect product quality.
Finished product sampling inspection:
After the product is completed and packaged, we will randomly select samples from each batch for rigorous testing. The testing items include but are not limited to appearance quality, dimensional accuracy, density, compressive strength, thermal conductivity, water absorption, and combustion performance.
Producing Process:
In order to further enhance the protection and aesthetics of the product, we have specially designed four different blister packaging options:
Yellow unprinted packaging - This packaging provides excellent recognition with its bright color, making it easy to manage on-site and differentiate in storage. It has no additional printing, ensuring the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of the packaging.
White unprinted packaging - White represents cleanliness and purity. This packaging not only has an elegant appearance, but also has no printing, making it suitable for brands that pursue a minimalist style or need to label themselves.
